Description

Neighbor-to-Neighbor is a program that encourages Californians to connect using the Nextdoor website or application. Volunteers are able to use the site to safely check in on and connect with neighbors, with a focus on older adults. The program was designed to aid in reducing social isolation in older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic.
