This June 2023 report from OUT for Sustainability (OUT4S) in partnership with FEMA Region 9 and the Department of Homeland Security Center on Faith-based Organizations and Neighborhood Partnerships provides a range of LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized community considerations for emergency managment officials and nongovernmental organizations to apply inclusive and equitable approaches to emergency preparedness and response. These recommendations are based on two webinar discussions among emergency managers, faith-based organizations, academics, artists, and interested community members.
