NYU Langone’s Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias Family Support Program, supported by a five-year grant from the New York State Department of Health, is an evidence-based program designed to support caregivers by providing counseling, referrals, and education to caregivers, including consultation with a social worker either in person, by phone, or via online video conferencing.
