Description

Active Choices is an evidence-based program developed to assist peer mentors and volunteers in implementing telephone-supervised programs focused on increasing physical activity to improve cardiovascular health for inactive or under-active older adults. The Active Choices program comes with training materials and a toolkit to help peer mentors with the skills and resources they need to deliver individually-tailored, personalized exercise advice, counseling, and goals for older adults of all ages.
